Who we are

Workplace by No More Chores is the commercial division of No More Chores, a Toronto-based cleaning company. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information you submit through pro.nomorechores.com, in compliance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

When you submit a walkthrough or quote form, we collect:

• Your name, company name, role (if provided), email address, and phone number.
• Details about the cleaning needs you describe.
• Technical information including your IP address and basic browser metadata, used for spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) and analytics.
• Marketing attribution parameters (e.g. UTM tags) when present in the page URL.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry, schedule a walkthrough, and prepare a quote.
• To follow up about ongoing service if you become a client.
• To improve our services and understand which marketing channels drive enquiries.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Period.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are stored in our customer database (Supabase) and notification systems (Slack, Resend, or Gmail). Hosting is provided by Vercel. Spam protection is provided by Cloudflare. Each of these processors has its own privacy commitments. We retain enquiry data for as long as needed to provide the service, plus a reasonable period for record-keeping and legal obligations.

Your rights

Under PIPEDA you can request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal record-keeping requirements). To make a request, email us at privacy@nomorechores.com.

Cookies and tracking

We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is privacy-respecting and does not use cookies for tracking. We may add Google Analytics 4 in future; if we do, this policy will be updated and a cookie/consent option will be added before any tracking begins.
